May 12th Worship

9:00 & 11:00 AM Traditional Worship

“The Catholic Spirit” — Rev. Barry Dundas
Scripture: 2 Kings 10:15-16

10:15 AM Common Grace Modern Worship

Last summer we held a series of in-home meetings to learn about Grace. One of the goals that emerged was to create a Sunday morning schedule that worked for everyone. That is probably an impossible goal, but we need to begin by gathering information.

We have created a survey that we hope will be helpful as we move forward together. This is not a vote on a future schedule but a tool to help us find the best option. We are trying to learn how a change in the schedule would impact all of the groups that attend worship and Sunday school. It includes a number of possible schedules including not changing anything on Sunday morning. It also has a question about the summer 8:00 am outdoor worship.

Every person in your family may fillout a schedule, but please do not fill it out more than once. Here is the link to the survey  or you may use the above QR Code.

This Friday, May 10th!

SPECIAL SCREENING AT GRACE! Friday, May 10th, 6:30pm

Follow the story of America’s civic unraveling through the journey of Robert Putnam, whose legendary “Bowling Alone” research into American community decline may hold the answers to our democracy’s present crisis.

This week we look at James’ perspective on conflict. Conflict is something that we all encounter on a regular basis. James helps us to know what the source of conflict is, the dangers of unhealthy conflict, and how to navigate conflict when it comes.
